The trainers at Evolution really know what they are talking about and make training something to enjoy, the classes are great, I went from training a couple of times a week to every day! Everyone gets on great and unlike other gyms/training centres everyone is very open and welcoming! The general buzz is infectious, always leave happy & looking forward to the next session! Great work - would recommend to anyone!

Spending 10 days here was the best decision. I came in wanting to have fun working out and learning the basics of Muay Thai and I am now walking away fitter, having had the best time and met incredibly warm and just beautiful humans.
From Jordan being an incredible teacher of a sport which he clearly lives and breathes, to Jana being the most considerate and supportive coach you can ask for as a Muay Thai beginner. All the other trainers (Shannon, Gill etc.) I had the pleasure of training with were also highly skilled and attentive and made every class a blast.
I left every session feeling strong and wholesome because I worked out hard but also learned and laughed hard.

To the entire evolution team, I say a massive thank you and see you again very soon!

Ps: the food at the clubhouse next door is absolute crack too. Make sure to grab breakfast there after a workout, you won’t regret it!

Evolution Samui Retreat was absolutely amazing! I’ve just spent the last 10 days there and it was a fantastic experience. The workouts were challenging and hard but fun and motivating and the trainers were really great about adapting and adjusting them if they were too challenging. I tore my MCL a week before arriving and everyone was so accommodating and considerate. They easily adapted sessions so that I could do them and they checked in regularly to make sure I wasn’t doing to much or hurting it. We were so well looked after and feel so much more confident to keep training when we get home! Definitely planning on coming back for a longer time - didn’t want to leave!!

I spent one week at evolutionsamui and regret that i didn't book for a longer period of time. I will come back for sure. I had an absolutely amazing week: The accomodation was perfect, the gym was great as well and since I booked the package with food included, I could always choose my meals from the menu at the restaurant "the clubhouse" which is located right next to the gym. Every meal was really delicious and healthy. But the best part of all at evolutionsamui were the great people. Every person, from the fitness coaches to the staff at the restaurant, were so friendly, welcoming and passionate about what they do.
The workouts were very fun and all the coaches were very motivating. The relaxing yoga classes were the perfect addition to it.

It’s a great experience with the team very friendly and professional. Nice activities, new equipment. I recommend 👍💪💪

I spent a month here and it was a life changing experience, i have severe back pain from a bulging lower back disk and they truly brought me back to life with excellent mobility, yoga, and ice bath classes,highly recommended and a MASSIVE thank you to Arti the legend :)
