MUAY THAI
Originating in the 16th Century known as “The Science of 8 Limbs”
Muay Thai one of the most beautiful and effective martial arts in its form and movement. Not to mention one of the most useful activities for overall health and fitness.
Increase your confidence and energy levels while mastering the the skills of striking, defence, balance and timing.
CALISTHENICS
Build massive strength, stability, and range of motion with this classic form of bodyweight training. Learn techniques to master fundamentals like Push-Ups, Chin-Ups, and Squats. Plus, talk about the journey to more advanced skills like Planche, Front Lever, and Pistol Squats. Practice chin-ups and hanging patterns on our hanging rings, and ground-based patterns such as hand-balancing to build upper body strength, body awareness, control, and concentration in our open floor space.
YOGA
Learn the fundamental postures of yoga to benefit the body and mind; helping you improve flexibility, enhance body awareness, and enhance breath-awareness. The ultimate goals of yoga are stilling the mind and gaining insight, resting in detached awareness, and liberation leading to a unity with one’s self.
ICE RECOVERY
Also known as “Cryotherapy” or “Cold-Shock Therapy”, this recovery method is used to help you recover faster and reduce muscle pain and soreness after intense training sessions. Ice baths are used commonly by athletes of various kinds to aid in muscle recovery, as it helps to repair the microtrauma caused to the muscles during periods of greater strain and flush waste products and reduce inflammation. Plus – it’s great fun too!
ANIMAL MOVEMENT
Animal movement classes feature natural movement patterns like crawling, rolling, leaping and floor acrobatics. They are a workout for the brain and the body. Fighters, athletes and movers of all kinds will develop core strength, full body awareness, coordination, stability, endurance, balance, mobility and agility using nothing but their own body weight.
MEDITATION
Train attention and awareness in our quiet and calming setting to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state to both provide a settled spirit and assist with your overall health journey. Meditation can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and enhance peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.
BREATHWORK
Learn breathing techniques proven to lower chronic stress, stabilise blood sugar and improve hormonal function. Made famous by “The Ice Man”, Wim Hoff. You will learn key breathing patterns which you will use both during your retreat and for the rest of your life, and you’ll be amazed at the incredible range of benefits you can give the body and mind simply by using these techniques.
JUNGLE TREK
Our team treks through the jungles of Koh Samui are something you will remember forever. Our early morning treks will take you through parts of Koh Samui you will have never seen before, with spectacular views and that rush of excitement when you reach the top with your team mates.
REIKI
Reiki is an energy healing technique. Therapists work in your auric field cleaning energetic blocks in your chakras. Chakras are energy centres in your body, associated with nerves and organs that can affect the health and well-being of your physical and emotional body.
Chakras can become blocked from pain, fear, self doubt, anxiety and stress. The energy of reiki balances, aligns and activates your chakras so they can work to their fullest potential - allowing you to do the same.
WOMEN'S FITNESS
We have created a comfortable space for our women only strength training classes. 
Learn and build confidence with basic strength exercises using barbells, kettlebells and your own body weight. Surround yourself with like minded women who inspire, encourage and help motivate you.
HIIT
A fast paced energy workout of high intensity training. A combination of strength and conditioning elements to build your cardiovascular fitness and mental grit. This class is designed to increase stamina, burn fat, and leave you feeling energized.
CROSS-FIT
Cross-Fit is a fitness regimen that involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. Allow our experts to safely teach you the fitness techniques and methods which have rapidly become so popular throughout the world.
ISLAND RUN CLUB
Work hard but also have fun and see our beautiful island on foot. Our Island runs cater for all levels depending on your running experience and ability so don’t worry this is for everyone. An amazing overall workout, improves your fitness quickly, helps strengthen muscles, boosts your energy, and it’s fun… we promise.
NUTRITION WORKSHOPS
Our weekly nutrition workshops will give you all the information, hints and tips you need to understand how clean and healthy eating can transform your health and overall wellness. Understand what your body needs and when it needs it, learn strategies for meal prep, quick easy healthy recipes and take away knowledge so you can continue nourishing your body when you leave.
STRENGTH
Strength skills classes combine the elements of strength, coordination, control, focus and balance. These classes will feature primarily bodyweight exercises that enable athletes, fighters and movers of all kinds to master their body and build functional strength.
DEEP STRETCH AND RECOVERY & MENTAL FITNESS
These classes are specifically designed to compliment the training you will be doing with our team of experienced coaches. We train your mind and yo body. It’s all about having the right mindset, your body will do whatever your mind tells it to.
