BOOKINGS
All retreats have a limited amount of spaces so please book your place early.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, via bank transfer that will be provided once we receive your booking enquiry.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your booking, please check dates and details of your confirmed booking carefully. Please inform us of any information appears incorrect.
The remaining balance due will be required on arrival and before the start of your retreat.
INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered with the correct travel insurance in place for the duration of your stay. Evolution Samui Retreat accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal property or valuables.
HEALTH ADVICE
Please ensure you have to correct insurance in place, that covers you for accident or injury. Evolution Samui accepts no responsibility for accident or injury and any medical expenses must be covered by yourself or your own insurance.
It is your responsibility to advise Evolution Samui of any allergies or special food requirements.
LIMITED LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER
In submitting your booking you are agreeing that any activities you partake in during your retreat have risks which could result in injury or death and agree not to hold Evolution Samui retreat, its employees, directors or partners responsible in anyway for injury loss or death.
TRANSFER POLICY
Retreats can be transferred to other dates, depending on availability and at the discretion of Evolution Samui.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
If you cancel more than 14 days before you will receive 100% refund of your deposit.
No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received within 14 days of your retreat start date.
If you cancel within 14 days you can transfer you deposit to a new start date.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and visa for the duration or your stay. Visa and travel are subject to change, you are required to check travel and entry requirements before you travel.
